Hourly Advance Notice for Babysitting: May 04 The hotel room was in need of paint and plumbing issues. Towels were old and thin, sheets and bedspread were old and thin. The grounds, pool, and beach were excellent. The food was good with fresh cooked items.
The service was excellent and we did enjoy our stay. Apr 24 My husband and I found cheap flights to Cabo San Lucas, and decided to search and see if we could find any all inclusive places that were cheap and nice to stay at. We searched on apple.
We didn't have high expectations, knowing it was a three star resort, but we were looking for a budget trip with a beach. We were so pleasantly surprised by Posada Real.
It is a dated resort, but everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely helpful. It is on the ocean, and it is has a wonderful beach. You can not swim in the water, but you can still walk in the water and enjoy the massive waves.
Also there is a beautiful pool with a swim bar, and we never had a hard time getting a lounge chair. We paid for a garden view room, and we had a 3rd floor room facing the garden and could see the ocean from our balcony. The room was very clean. We had two full beds, and it would have been nice to have a king, but for us we were just happy to have a beautiful view. We aren't ones to spend a lot of time in the room, so we really didn't mind.
The food was good. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were a buffet. There were many choices, and all though some of it weren't my favorite, there are enough choices you can find something you like.
We also order from the pool side menu daily. They had many great choices. The drinks were great! In past experiences, and what I have heard, people say at all inclusives the drinks are weak. That was not the case here! Over the course of 5 days, I tried many different drinks and loved them all. Again, this is a great budget trip. We were able to relax and enjoy a beautiful location without breaking the bank.
I would highly recommend Posadas Real, and I could definitely see us coming back. Apr 06 Clean, great people, a bit dated, obviously for the budget conscious traveler.
Mar 21 Everything was good I would liked a little more American food choices. Over all it was a very nice place with a great staff. Jul 01 I don 't even know where to start. I will say we had to change room three times.
The rooms were filthy, hotel filthy, and no room service. The photos on apple were deceiving, the ratings were false, and someone has lied. The beverages were watered down tremendously. No elevators, had to lug our own luggage from room to room and brought down our own luggage at check out. There are water stations around the hotle grounds and are dirty and disgusting. I did not drink out of them. When we prepared to shower or use the sink faucet we found there was no hot water, not even warm.
When we acquired about the water, the hotel staff looked at us as if we were crazy about having hot water. The response from the staff is "we don't have hot water. I can't even go on as I don't know how to continue. I would expect some compensation from this stay. I have to say this was the most horrific vacation, waste of time, and most importantly waste of money. You were contacted the first evening we arrived, the second evening, and I believe the third.
We were contacted and only asked if we were okay. We were okay, but not satisfied. It was difficult to understand the individual on the other end of the line and not sure if she would have been able to comprehend all the problems.
Sep 09 The cleanliness of the hotel was very poor. I did not expect a five star hotel for the price I paid but was expecting the hotel and pool to be cleaner. All I wanted for my vacation was to swim in the pool, tan and have some cocktails, but the pool was very dirty and no way did my friends or I want to swim in it.
Sep 19 Had a good mini vacation. Hotel is dated but acceptable. Staff was very accomodating and helpful. No complaints except for food quality was minimal and serving area was full of flies. The beds run small but it was still comfortable for 4 of us in one room. The rooms are not super quiet but its not bad, just keep in mind to not be so loud at night. The food is good, different variety. The staff is amazing especially Ernan, Ismael, and Valentin.
The staff makes this location great. It's not to far from a plaza that offers a lot of shopping and you are able to get tours into Cabo, even for nightlife. We had an amazing time and all four of us that went on this trip are planning to return to this same resort. Thanks for a great time! Would be my first choice if I went to the area again. Everyone at the hotel was wonderful, attentive and considerate.
Great for families; very peaceful and laidback. If you are a 5star kind of person, this isn't for you. If you want a nice, relaxing place with lovely views, comfortable rooms, and good food, this is it. It is not a brand new hotel, so there is some reasonable wear here and there. The gardens lead to the pool if you're a swimmer, it's long enough to do laps once it quiets down which leads to the beach. Some people may complain that you can't swim on the beach, but if you look at those waves you'll get it's at your own risk.
Nothing wrong with walking along and getting your feet wet. There are beach chairs on the sand, loungers by the pool, and a swim up bar that is perfect for shade come There's a car rental place on site, and a small convenience store should you need anything, but too be honest I didn't use them.
Rooms There are two blocks with three levels, rooms on either side. We were upgraded to a partial ocean view thank you, Gilberto! If you're a light sleeper, bring the ear plugs you should normally carry with you. The hallways are indoors so noise carries, that's the nature of the architecture. If you want an ocean view, anything with - 26 to - 28 is directly facing the water on the quieter side. All rooms have a patio and two chairs to enjoy the views.
Our room came with the usual amenities including aircon, tv, filter coffee maker, small fridge, safe, one of those mini hairdryers, soap, shampoo, bar bath soap, lotion, a sufficient amount of outlets, and, ladies, a full length mirror. Staff Friendly and attentive people, especially Benito, Felipe, Onuel and Jeremiah who made sure we were hydrated. There's a guard at the entrance it's a down hill driveway and you're greeted by friendly people instantly, but not in a pushy way.
More like helping you get into the air conditioning as fast as possible way. Two people who I assume were the events people tried to get a game of pool volleyball going, and spoke about the nightly San Lucas bar hopping experience. I think during our week everyone was just content to lay about the pool or out on an adventure. If you speak Spanish, great. But if you only speak English, that's fine too. Guests Saw mainly couples and families with well behaved children.
Only one loud child. The people we saw were native Spanish speakers, Californians and other Americans, and a couple of Europeans on holiday looking to relax. Food Breakfast buffet has food aplenty from more American pancakes and French toast, scrambled eggs, to chilequiles, pork and cactus, made to order omlettes, and that's just the hot bar. Fresh fruit, at least 3 kinds, and a salad bar are also there.
Plenty of choices for vegetarians; sorry, vegans, I didn't pay attention to those options. Can sit inside on the shaded patio, or inside with the aircon.

He said Boring might need to acquire a few easements under private property, say for ventilation or to smooth the route's course, but said the city is prepared to use its powers of eminent domain if need be.
A lease deal will need to be struck with the CTA to use its Block 37 station, and Rivkin said he "expects" that Boring will pay for usage. But I wouldn't expect huge payments, given that the station -- now essentially an unfinished basement—has been unused for a generation. The project will require City Council and federal environmental approval.
Rivkin said he thinks a lengthy environmental impact statement will not be needed, but Boring's plans in L. What would happen to the dirt removed for tunnels? Thirty-four miles of dirt and rock from foot-wide tunnels is a lot of dirt. Boring says it's considering making bricks from the material, which could be used in low-income housing programs. Rivkin said those details, as well as questions such as whether the tunnels would convert to city ownership at some time, will be resolved in upcoming negotiations.
He hopes to have a final contract deal by the end of the year. Meanwhile, as former Deputy Mayor Steve Koch puts it -- Koch and Rivkin went to California last year to visit with Musk and see the prototype tunnel -- "This is a very smart way to dry to do something that we otherwise couldn't do.
