We stayed in the Dream room which is on the first floor. Definitely recommend using the second floor bathroom to shower. Steve's place exceeded m expectations. The Dream room was very comfortable and the location of the house was very close to the falls.
Even by having a great parking space we didnt have to worry about finding parking at the Falls. Would definitely stay again. This place is a charming Airbnb. It has a shared kitchen and living room. Very pretty rooms and decorations.
This is a really cute place, but not a luxury place. It is great for the money - clean and comfortable - but could use a few repairs and touchups to be top notch. The location is great and within walking distance of cool coffee shops and restaurants. Although we never met Irina, she made our arrival easy and was always very responsive to questions, etc.
If you are looking for a reasonably priced comfortable place, I recommend it. It was a really nice place: The apartment itself is in a bigger wooden apartment house with all its benefits and worries; my only slight concern was that the door of the house was open occasionally and didn't look very secure.
Great location, we felt extremely safe. The decor in the house was super cute. Great price, super fast communication. Nice, well-furnished apartment within a 5 minutes drive to downtown Buffalo and within walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Irina's place is just perfect, for a few days or even longer. It is comfortable, secure and thoughtfully organized. The bed is excellent, the shower is great and the WiFi is dependable. It is quiet and feels safe. The Elmwood Village location is probably the best in the city, with lots of good food nearby.
Museums are within walking distance, and so are car-rental agencies, and the city bus is at the corner. The self check-in is convenient, and Irina was easy to reach and responsive to questions. The one thing I found tricky at first was using the combination lock to lock up when I went out -- but having mastered this I look forward to staying there again on future trips to Buffalo. Irina's location was easy to access and well kept.
She is very responsive with whatever you might need as a guest and provides you with a full kitchen. The apartment was cozy and comfortable even on snowy winter days. Do give her a try! Dan's place was in a perfect location.
It was quick and easy to walk places to find food. It was very clean. He even had bikes for us to use. I would definitely stay here again given the chance. The area felt very safe and we didn't have any trouble with anyone messing with our car or anything. Street parking is difficult to find during the day but by 5pm you won't have any trouble parking right in front of the house. Easily accessible private room in a place that is convenient to downtown Buffalo.
Check-in was easy, as was parking. The place is spacious and clean. Place was exactly as described. Great location and safe area.
And would definitely stay here again. Quaint, very clean, conveniently located, well-priced, and with coffee Dan was responsive, attentive to any inquires I had, and provided a space that is one of the cleanest and neatest I've experienced. I will definitely stay here again while visiting Buffalo!
Lots of cool places in walking distance including donuts at Fry Baby just steps away, and coffee at Grindhaus just a short walk down a cool street with historical homes. Great communication with Dan, and easy check in-out. The apartment worked perfectly for us. Everything was as described. Location is great, no trouble with parking, good wifi, even a nice breakfast place just around the corner! We had such a nice stay and there is nothing to complain about!
What came a bit of a surprise is that uber is not operaiting in Buffalo. But then again taxi fares were quite low, i. Thanks Dan for the accommodation and happy new year!
Dan left easy instructions for checking in, and his place was great for our short stay. Very central to the downtown area as well as Allentown, and Dan was just downstairs in case we had any questions. This AirBnb was beautiful, newly renovated, and really thought out creatively. From check-in and towards the end of our stay, we felt incredibly lucky to have found a spot like this, way better than a hotel! The bed was super comfortable, the shower felt great, fully stocked kitchen, wonderful ambiance, and access to Netflix, board games, and snacks and water bottles upon arrival was a nice touch.
We would recommend this place to anyone who wanted to stay in Buffalo! Also, location was key to different neighboring areas and minutes away from airport. If you are looking for a place to live in Buffalo, this will must be one of the best solution you can find. What a fantastic place. The hosts thought of everything. Very new, very clean, very modern. Fridge was stacked with beer and water. The nicest place I've stayed in through airbnb.
Beautifully decorated, great location, amazing bathroom! And the beds are like sleeping on a cloud. Will definitely visit again! It was a nice surprise staying their home. It was literally perfect. I wanna give them 10 out of 5 and wanna definitely come back! Tony was the most accommodating host I have ever been around.
He made sure our trip was excellent and was very accommodating to our needs. He had extra tickets for the Hornblower of which he passed on to his customers rather than giving them to his family and friends. He took time to make recommendations of items that we wanted to see while we were in Niagara Falls.
He even gave us brochures for the surrounding attractions. I highly recommend his home and would stay there again. I will definitely recommend Tony and his Airbnb to everyone! You are not doing yourself a service if you don't try his Airbnb as he will make sure that your vacation is an excellent one! We absolutely loved the place, Tony is a great host.
There was everything in the house that we needed. Tony is a very good host. His place is very clean and tidy, much better than our expectation.
Definitely will recommend to other friends. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at Tony was up that late and helped unload our car.
Awesome place close to all the attractions your looking for in Niagara. Place was spacious and great. Will definitely recommend the stay. Tony has worked hard to meet visitors' anticipated needs. A personal introduction and good attention to detail. Everything was there, and clean, and comfortable.
Even milk, tea and coffee. Super comfortable beds and a great living space, even Netflix! I could walk to downtown or Allentown. Plus the room had a private bath. It was better than a hotel. I was in the process of moving to Buffalo, and chose to stay with Edward and his roommate. Not only did I feel absolutely welcome in their place, but they were more than happy to show me around Buffalo and introduce me to some of their friends.
The room was clean, and even had the little things available, such as an ironing board. The whole AirBnB mantra of 'live there' really shined through with them. They showed me how amazing it is to live in Buffalo. During the week we rescued a lost dog and got it back to its owner, drank at the amazing bars that Buffalo has to offer, got history lessons from Edward he knows a lot about Buffalo , and explored the canal side.
I would highly recommend staying with these two. They're very respectful, inviting, and happy people. They made my move to Buffalo feel like I made the right choice on a new city. Perfect location, great space. The room is a nice-sized private room with a private bathroom and the entire space was very nice.
The location was the best, right in the theater district, a short walk to almost anywhere you'd want to go in that area. We really only used the space as a crashing spot but the limited interaction we had with the hosts was great and they were very nice and more than happy to accommodate us with whatever we might need. Nice and safe location in downtown Bufallo close to bars, restaurants and the bus terminal to go to Niagara Falls. The check-in was easy and we were even able to drop off our bags before checking-in.
The hosts are so friendly and the room including your own bathroom! I would recommend the AirBnB to everyone, especially if you want to see the Niagara Falls and enjoy Buffalos amazing food scene.
One of my best AirBnB experiences, thank you guys! Edward and Alex's place is just lovely as are the kitties! Great visitor tips and a lovely place to stay! Look forward to another stay!
First time in Buffalo and was welcomed in a beautiful home. All the essentials were provided. It was quiet, cozy and had everything I needed. If I'm ever in buffalo again I would definitely stay with them again. I highly recommend anyone staying in Buffalo to consider Edward and Alex. Thank you for hosting me. It is a very lovely and comfortable room. And also your cats!!!! These guys are outstanding. I saw them once in a blue as I continued with my plans but also was able to hang out with them on my down time.
Next time I will definitely take you guys up on that I think we would have had a great time laughing, drinking and hanging out. Your cats were also so cool and friendly. Thank you again for welcoming me into your home. Manuel was nice and responsive. Easy check in and out.
The apartment was clean and in a great location. Manuels place was incredible. So clean and stylish! It was in walking distance of some great food and Elmwood st. He has a very intellectual taste in books around the house as well: We had absolutely no complaints and for that price, WOW. I thought I had locked myself out due to my own scatterbrain and his response was quick and genuinely concerned. This is a nice spot, within walking distance of the Falls just what we were looking for.
Nick is a wonderful host. He went out of his way to help us with a battery issue with my camera. He also gave us some great suggestions for dinner, where locals would go to and away from the tourists. It's not just a place to stay but a nice studio apartment with a wonderful neighbor to help us out! Nick's place was just so much better than what we expected! It's honestly perfect better than a hotel! It's easy to access and spacious, there's a kitchen a big room and a bathroom, everything was spotless and the decoration was beautiful.
The kitchen had everything we would've needed fridge , microwave.. The bathroom was great, very clean, we had soap, shampoo, even hand cream and they all smelled amazing. For people with long hair like me, the shower stream was great!
I know it's not always the case. Location wise, it was close to all the main attractions super close to the Niagara falls museum that I personally recommend and to clifton hill. Nick was extremely helpful, reachable at all times! To summarize, it was absolutely wonderful, almost made us regret spending only 2 nights in Niagara Falls!!! Small apartment, but Nick has made great use of the space.
Only complaint is that that the noise was more than what I would have expected. Other than that; place was clean and comfy. Nick was a great host! My husband and I came to Niagara falls for our honey moon!
The host nick even left us a note congratulating us and a bottle of wine in the fridge! Was a great experience! Nick was very responsive with his messages. Place is exactly like the pictures! Perfect for 2 people, close to all attractions around a 15 minute walk to Clifton Hill and super convenient having the WeGo stop right outside.
Nick provided quick responses to any concerns and check in was quick and easy. There was also Netflix, which was a super nice touch! Very clean, had nice touches like WiFi, water and coffee and a bathroom in each room.
Would recommend staying here to anyone! The room is very nice and clean and the apartment is located very close to Niagara Falls. The host provides free coffee and oatmeal and the room has everything you need. We also asked the host for recommendations and received many tips from a local to avoid overpriced and very touristy bars and restaurants.
The owner was very kind and helpful.. Sarah's place was a perfect location for us as it was just a quick walk away from the falls.
Sarah has quick responses and was always a message away when you needed her. Was a great stay. Our stay in the Traveller's Room at Niagara Falls could not have gone smoother and was much, much more than we were expecting. On arrival, we were greeted with a room which could only be described as hotel quality, with a hamper of goods and treats to help us during our stay. We didn't use our car at all when travelling within just this area. Although we only met Doug, one of the hosts, on our departure date, the hosts were more than helpful and always available through messaging on AirBNB if we had an issue or a query.
We can not fault our stay. More than value for money. The work they have put into this AirBNB deserves a huge pat on the back, and if we're ever up that way again, we'll be sure to use them again. This place was perfect for my friends and I! Westayed for one night and it was very private eventhough it was a shared space! Each room has a lock for the doors and a shared kitchen. Very close to the falls and attractions.
Very clean space and very nice host! Responds very quickly and accurately! Very nice and cute apartment, good for a short trip to the falls. Close to restaurants and bars and about a 5 minute drive from the falls and Clifton Hill. Very nice, friendly and responsive hosts! Note that the bedroom has 2 single beds. The apartment is located above some storefronts in a business area, so you must be able to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to the apartment; not suitable for handicapped individuals.
The space is a good size, quiet and very clean. Mattress was super comfortable. The location was good for my work purposes and was in walking distance of the tourist areas. Dolores and her husband were responsive but don't hover which works well for me.
Thanks for a great stay. Great place to stay much bigger then the pictures, very clean with extra amenities! Very happy with m'y stay. Very clean and had all the basic amenities. Very close to the Falls but still need to drive.
Check in and out is a breeze. Mariya reached out to us a few days before the stay and provided all necessary information. It's a basement unit and you could hear footsteps from people staying upstairs, which is a separate airbnb unit. Overall a nice experience, just some misrepresentation in the post. It's not a cottage, but a basement flat. Downstairs unit accessed from the backyard.
The parking is great, especially in a town where parking doesnt come cheap. The falls and major attractions are a decent walk or a very quick drive away.
A cozy and family friendly place to stay at. There was a grocery store close by and it's an easy drive to the falls. Host was friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment was very clean. The parking was tight, especially for big cars. Other than that very pleasant stay. This was our third stay at Dorothy's place - so this says it all. The updates she recently made to the bathroom and windows make the place even better and our family of four love spending time in the yard and on the deck.
Dorothy is an extremely friendly, welcoming host who we highly recommend and hope to stay with her again the next time we travel to Buffalo to visit family.
Very clean, nice place to stay. Dorothy was extremely solicitous, with help on where to get food, use the wifi, etc. Colvin Meadows is a sanctuary, a "home away from home. What made our stay even more special was Dorothy's warmth, genuine hospitality, and incredible knowledge of Buffalo's history! The trip to Niagara Falls, around town, even to the wooden statue of the late great political pundit Tim Russert, were really fun, courtesy of Dorothy. Yes, we will be back. I stayed at Dorothy's home for three nights and would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a clean and affordable spot in Buffalo.
She was very attentive and we especially enjoyed being able to sit out on the back patio. There was coffee available in the kitchen - a nice touch. And all the linens and towels were very clean. The bed was very comfortable too. Unless you're a very light sleeper, you're likely to enjoy the train that passes by somewhat regularly. It gave the house with its trained-themed decorations character.
Downtown Buffalo was a 15 minute drive and Elmwood Village was even closer. Close to Hertel Ave as well as stores and services needed while visiting the area. We will definitely stay here n our next visit!
Dorothy was a wonderful host who made me feel welcome from the moment we met! The house was just as I expected and had everything I needed for my stay. I would certainly recommend it! I stayed here on part of my trip with my parents-who were visiting me from out of state.
Dorothy's place had everything we needed and it was a great location to easily reach Niagara Falls. Overall a great experience! We really enjoyed our stay! Brittani and Joseph were great hosts and super friendly. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed.
Would recommend and hope to return! Incredible hosts, they were very friendly and warm. The location was great, and it was quiet plus not for out side of the city.
Well worth every penny. Everything needed was provided. Joe and Brittani were friendly and accommodating. This was my first experience with air b n b and because of their amazing hosting it won't be my last. They responded to every message quickly and checked up frequently. It was very clean and had cute little touches to make my stay more pleasant. I wish I could give them stars and I would highly recommend you stay here!
Joe and Brittani were wonderful hosts! They stayed extremely responsive throughout our stay and were always ready to help with any questions we had. The space itself was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We loved how soft and plush the master bed was! The check in process was quick and easy, with Joe and Brittani sending everything ahead of time.
We only stayed for one night but would definitely come back again! I used the room just for one night, so I didn't have the opportunity to really enjoy the place. It is well located. It's about 10 - 15 minutes walking from the bus station, and 25 min walking from the Niagara falls river.
You can find notes all around the place with instructions and tips. I used the Loft room, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. This Airbnb is so homely that you don't want to leave. It's very neat, clean, comfortable and accessable. We had the loft room which was spacious enough for four people. The bathroom and kitchen was shared with another two rooms up to 10 people , so the wait for the shower was quite long in the mornings, even though they offered to use their bathroom downstairs as well.
Doug was very helpful organising our stay and we were able to drop off our luggage well before check in time very handy if you arrive by overnight bus like we did.
The house was further from the falls than we expected 25min walk but overall we enjoyed our stay - thank you. We stayed at lorreta and doug's place and it was great. Their home is very bright, cozy and clean. You have your own entrance and it's very private. You have a great kitchen and a modern bathroom and shower to use. The bathroom can get a little busy in the morning if there are other airbnbers occupying the other 2 rooms in the house.
I didn't get to spend much time to talk to the host in person because they were busy that weekend but they were really helpful and fast on replying to me about any questions I had through the airbnb app. Book here without thinking twice. The rooftop room is cute and much better if you like privacy and quietness. Place is very close to the falls. Many personal touches that make your stay great and give awesome suggestions about where to go and what to do.
This was my first time using Airbnb and it was amazing. I had a great stay and enjoyed the space! They were very welcoming and accommodating. The hosts were great! Quick and easy communication, with very thorough instructions provided for check in.
The room was cozy and the bathroom was clean and fully stocked. Would definitely stay again! Wonderful place to stay. I now feel inadequate about my own listing back in Texas.
The little touches really make this a great place to stay. Wanderlust Room was clean and just as advertised. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom style is great. Great value place to stay. We were there 3 nights, so we requested more towels and got them the next morning. The details and directions were so helpful. The place was so clean and the bed was super comfortable. My husband I loved staying at Sarah's place.
We were blown away with how stylish, clean, private and comfortable our room was. It was also very big. We only stayed for one night, but we both wished we had more time there. The room was so clean! Would highly recommend you stay here if you're looking for something close, comfortable and affordable! Communication is also very fast and reliable! It was a clean and comfortable place in a quiet neighborhood with your own parking spot. It was just about a 5min walk from the falls and other tourist spots.
Checking in and out was easy and the host was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend! The airbnb was literally a four minute walk to Clifton hill which made tourism so convenient!
The hosts were very helpful and the room was very adequate! Bed was comfortable and the Netflix was a great touch to the stay! Overall the room was great and I'd definitely stay again. Sarah and Angie made our stay quite comfortable and the place is just few steps away from the falls.
The place was easily found and it was well kept. The neighborhood is quite lovely and you can find some beautiful fairytale houses around This will be my new found stay over place every time I come to Niagara.
