Nice rooms, friendly staff, clean. The location and shuttle for local travel is great. Thanks for the early morning breakfast in a bag.
After almost 16 hours of driving, this hotel was clean, had plenty of room, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. This was a stark contrast to our usual choices in hotels where we are reward members.
The entire experience has made my wife and I reconsider our decision to stay anywhere else. Terrible time trying to get anyone on the phone there in the days beforehand. Extended hold times and was rudely hung up on by an operator. Distance from Airport is almost 10 miles Kind of far for an 'airport hotel'. The bourbon tasting was a nice touch and our breakfast in bed was delicious. Can't wait to return on our next trip to Denver. The hotel exudes charm and luxury.
It reminded me of the "grand Budapest hotel" where everything was run perfectly. The staff was phenomenal and anticipated needs before we had to say anything. The hotel was extremely well kept and clean, had an amazing bar, and an exceptional lobby where we enjoyed the evening's whisky tasting and a chat. Cathy at front desk very professional and caring. Excellent service all around.
The Oxford Hotel is an example of Denver at it's best. I loved returning, after 20 years, for an overnight stay. The bed was too high and too firm for my taste and the only chair in the room was not comfortable. It is a hard balance to use period furnishings and keep them comfortable to today's standards I'm sure. Outage of running water. Street noise from outdated single-pane glass. The staff and the room. My only complaint is that we booked a room with a queen bed and not a king.
Apparently, Orbit booked me for two rooms. The Oxford Hotel informed me of your error, and only charged me for one. Thankfully to them, the mistake was corrected. Drury Hotels is percent family-owned and operated.
We went out on a limb when looking for a room and decided on staying at our very first Drury Inn. I am happy to say that I will now only be staying at Drury Inns, more specifically this one. Customer service here is impeccable. Very well mannered employees and very attentive. It snowed during our stayed and was very suprised to wake up and see a very cold employee scraping off every window of ice of every vehicle in the parking lot.
Free WiFi and parking. Rooms were great and spacious. The comforters could be a little more thick and comforting, but considering everything else No Shuttle, Taxi expensive, with out a car it is hard to access. Had a conference table in my king suite room instead of a sitting area. General manager was very rude.
The Grand Hyatt Denver is located in the downtown business and entertainment district, three blocks from the Colorado Convention Center. Hotel representatives were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. Excellent staff great location. Great time with very helpful staff.
From the front desk to the valet parking, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Live music in the lobby was lovely. Bell boy staff was very helpful. Great proximity to everything downtown, great service, ambiance, etc. The stay was very enjoyable. Great staff, they were available when needed and very friendly even the valet staff. Being from out of town the hotel was easy to find and close to everything-food, fun, and shopping!
Didn't get the room I reserved, didn't get the late check out I requested month in advance. No coffee when we went down for breakfast. Parked across the street cause parking was expensive. Could not sleep at all, elevators whizzing up and down all night long. The room we were in should not be rented for the same price as other rooms of the same layout.
I wanted to take it up with the staff in the morning, but had to leave first thing in the morning due to an unexpected family emergency. I may still try to contact management. The day after we checked out, our friends were staying at the hotel. We were supposed to pick them up at a certain time. My phone battery died, they weren't answering their hotel phone seemed to be broken but the staff wasn't very accommodating in helping us reach our friends.
Check-in took nearly 20 minutes because there was one person checking us in and about five people in line. I've never waited so long to get a key to my room. And not a huge deal, but all of the preferences I had indicated in the pre-survey were "no longer available.
For safety reasons I would have to stand and watch it close every time I went in and out of my room. Area around the tub wasn't very clean. Whether your visit is brief or for an extended stay — you will enjoy the architecturally stimulating design of this contemporary downtown loft atmosphere.

Bed was very comfortable. All home amenities are available, and well maintained. Great location, hotel was very clean and everything was available in the rooms.
I was especially impressed when I overslept and called to ask for an extra hour or two to check out. Denny at the front desk was more than accomodating, which just made my stay. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful and luxurious. I had a great room with a little kitchen. Got a pretty good deal when I booked day of stay. Clean, modern, and spacious. Very clean with a friendly, attentive staff.
Right near excellent attractions in Denver. Convention center down the street. Walking distance to Coors field. Really a great place to stay.
Includes both light diffuser and light-block curtains for each window. Energy-efficient lighting generally well placed. Very conveniently located for events at Convention Center. Wider variety of options than expected at breakfast, including fresh fruit. Kitchen is bare-bones but still offers useful way to reheat restaurant leftovers. Big room, clean, friendly staff, fantastic amenities, free dinner and breakfast every day - can't go wrong! Right near lots of shopping and near the shuttle bus that moves all the way around down town Denver.
We didn't take advantage of the hotel weekly activities but it was nice to have the option of being social in the evenings and getting solid breakfast in the morning. Would love to stay here again in the future. Curiously, kitchen lacked a sponge and dish rack, as if you weren't really supposed to use the kitchenware! Exceedingly difficult to plug provided appliances like coffeemaker into child-safe outlets, as if they hadn't been used before.
Window shade controls were unlabeled and took a while to figure out need to press and hold till all shades engage. Overly-bright LEDs on wall outlets and switches.
The couch in the room was fairly stiff. Restroom door is sliding and doesn't actually lock. Shower also doesn't close, was a standing shower.
The Crawford Hotel, the newest among hotels in downtown Denver is now open. Truly like nothing Colorado has seen before, The Crawford effortlessly combines the historic elements of Union Station.
The hotel is inside Union Station and the entire facility was recently renovated, so everything is brand new and very well done. There are excellent dining options within Union Station and within walking distance. The room wasn't large, but arranged in a way that made it feel cozy, not cramped. The historic preservation and modern updates were very well done. Great location with easy walk and free buses around lower downtown. Hotel was lively and seemed a focal point for the area.
Large sidewalk fountain outside for little kids I didn't have mine with me. Never had been to Denver. Being at this grand hotel made the trip worth my time there. Lots of activities and walking distance to everything. Really felt like being in a microcosm of New York less the hustle-bustle. Restaurants at the Union Station were superb. Security was at every corner.
I wasn't sure that was because of the crime or just to deter it. But as a woman at night alone, I felt extremely safe walking around exploring. Extremely helpful hotel staffs, very friendly people, room is clean, bathroom is amazing, love the Union Station lobby, and complimentary Tessa ride in the city. Will come back and stay with Crawford again! Staff seemed a little stiff and geared toward yuppies, but this place is a yuppie's dream.
They were very helpful, but enjoyed reminding me that they helped me with an early checkin, like they anticipated me fighting over the bill Valet service didnt perform well. Then front desk clerk gave them our room instead of ticket and they didnt have car ready. Being a smoker, there really wasn't well established designated smoking areas so I got harassed a few times.
But they were friendly and pointed me to a direction to smoke. Needless to say, I didn't smoke much. Friendly staff, all necessary facilities available such as a free shuttle service within 3 miles radius; coin operated laundry; complementary breakfast; microwave and fridge in the room; free local calls etc. Close to convention center Front desk employees were great. Mandatory valet parking No pool All Lights attached one switch Added charges made the hotel not worth it Could hear through walls easily Floors were always wet no pool Breakfast was mediocre and not stocked.
All Reviews Couples Business. The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. We loved having a balcony. This is our favorite hotel in Denver! Great location, extremely comfortable stay, the staff is wonderful, the hotel is beautiful.
Excellent staff, wonderful location and very comfortable all around. Great location, staff, overt appearance and cleanliness. The staff went above and beyond when they heard my concerns and righted a poor nights sleep. I loved almost everything about my stay. The room and hotel were beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Room service was incredibly fast, and the food was delicious.
I was given a corner room as a surprise and that was very, very cool. Staff was amazing and very helpful. We were in town for a Broncos game and a hotel car was able to take us there. However we were able to walk because location wasn't too far. We used car for another trip but this place has such a location we were able to walk most of downtown. I hope kayak has deals for them again because we would love to come back!
Hotel concierge and door men were very pleasant very positive attitudes! Doesn't act like a penny-pinching hotel. Offers free wireless, free shuttle within two miles, complimentary breakfast. The elevators were a bit dated, but it's an older building, so it's somewhat expected. Our bath-tub and sink were slow to drain, we've stayed here several times and have never had this problem, we notified the front desk.
More reasonable food options e. Had a king corner room. Ended up on the 2nd floor. Could hear everything outside due to poor window construction. Shower head was comeing out of the ceiling with plaster on the shower floor. Vanity mirror was cheap had lights out and didn't hold a position and was therefore useless. I only have a couple minor complaints. To start, there were some stains on the carpet and some chipped paint on the walls. The room also had a funny smell, but I figured it was just "old building" smell.
My biggest issue was that I wasn't sure if the balcony was supposed to be private or not. It wraps around the whole building, but each balcony is separated by a large potted plant that was easy to step over. I figured that meant "private balcony" so we left our curtains open to enjoy the sunshine, and I happened to be undressed when the guests from the next room over stepped over the plant and walked across our balcony to look around the corner. It was very embarrassing. Either the hotel should have let us know that our balconies aren't exactly private, or they should put up barriers that you can't just walk over.
Another small issue, they only gave us decaf coffee in the room. Staybridge Suites Denver International Airport. All Reviews Families Couples Solo. My kids love swimming. And the complimentary food and beverage was nice. Grill night was easy and very convenient. This hotel was great. They provided a nice breakfast as well as dinner. We had received a free upgrade so we had a two bed two bath suite. It was clean and very comfortable. Checked us in early even though they didn't have too.
Kids loved the warm pool. And breakfast was good. The lady working it even made my kids snack bags for our day out exploring. It's a good quality hotel.
Don't expect anything fancy. Everything worked and the shuttle service was good. Great place to stay if you need quick access to DIA for a flight. The rooms are big and clean, and the staff is friendly. That's a lot for a family w kids. My family was told it would be 20 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up at the Denver airport but after many calls and failed attempts to get anyone to answer the phone and then to call the corporate reservation office to have the call disconnected, we finally flagged a bus down at the airport.
We waited 1hour and 45 min at the airport. Then the driver was very rude and told us he was never told to pick us up. Then when finally arriving at the hotel and asked for an explanation, the staff stated that he was told and he continued to be rude as he was standing there behind the counter. Very unreliable shuttle service and the phone system was unreliable to speak with front desk staff or to get the front desk to answer. Make Yourself At Home! The breakfast was one of the best as far as variety for a hotel. Booking this hotel I did see the disclaimer about renovation to the building. Unfortunately it was the hotel rooms being updated, they laid plastic through out the hallway floors to give a cheap dirty look good luck walking back to your room after a dip in the pool.
By the elevator they have a table with flowers for decoration and it had not be dusted in a long time as someone wrote "clean me" in the effort someone would actually take the time to do this. The workers very not approachable and seem to be a "shady type" at 9 am. I was very disappointed in this stay and believe they don't have the consumers interest at heart here.
