John was incredibly rude and mean. He only cares about getting his money and not treating the customer fairly or honestly. He charged me for the extra night even though I checked out a day early. Will definitely be returning! A good get away with my boyfriend and dog! Nice place for our evacuation from Hurricane Florence. The area felt very safe, had a dog park and a great gym.

Great place to stay. Very nice suite in a quiet neighborhood. Jolanda was a great host, with quick and thoughtful communication. The room was beautiful. Has everything you could need and more. Very friendly and inviting family. The do have small children which we scared one of them when we came home in the evening so that is slightly awkward but we had a very pleasant stay and would stay again.

Evwn with beautiful pictures,Jolandas place is better in person! The bed was absolutely comfortable and the whole areas was very nice and home like. The closet space and in-kitchen area was the best! The house is beautiful, the room was perfect - comfortable, spacious, with a huge attached bathroom. Our stay at Jolanda's place was fabulous! And a lot of nice touches! As a base for touring Savannah, Jolanda's "Master Suite" was well within range of the city about 50 minutes drive and served our needs perfectly.

It's a very large space! Just like having an apartment of your own! One half of the room has a queen-size bed with two bed tables, love seat, large TV, and dresser. The other half of the room has a shelving and table unit with dining amenities—microwave, coffemaker, dishes, utensils, condiments, generous extras, and a small refrigerator. The wall across from the dining amenities has a table for dining and study and a basket with touring guides.

The bathroom has two sinks side-by-side, a full-sized bathtub, separate full-sized shower, toilet room with locking door, and a large closet with racks and hangers. And Jolanda and her family made us feel right at home.

The welcome and warmth of hospitality was very much welcomed after a long drive! Clean, spacious, and private! She was a great host as well; very sweet to accommodate as much as needed! Staying at Brian's was excellent. Brian is a great host! He's available and efficient.

My first experience with the airbnb community have been with Brian. I hope when experiencing my next airbnb, in another city of course, it's as nice as Brian's. Frankly he has me spoiled. If I am ever in need again in this area, my stays will only be at Brian's. I recommend him totally. Great spot, enjoyed my stay. Brian was very helpful and professional. My stay with Brian was amazing from the start he responded quickly and made his best effort to ensure that we had the stay we wanted.

The house was clean and a good size. A family of four could easily fit and have space. The TV and wifi worked great the washing machine and dryer were a little confusing at first but worked nicely. The neighborhood is safe with a police officer living next door and the neighbors were very helpful with local tips. You would need your own car there is no public transportation and uber can get very expensive if you want to go anywhere outside of hinesville.

The space was an amazing value. Only 45mins from downtown Savannah. Lots of places in the area to eat it purchase things to cook. Overall it was a pleasant stay for the price. There were a few essentials missing from the kitchen, but nothing a trip to closeby walmart couldnt solve. It has been remodeled nicely and is in a very quiet neighborhoood. Brian was very nice and was very willing to accomodate us checking-in even when we knew it would be very late in the evening.

He was very quick to respond to any of my questions and seems to be all that he appears to be in many of the other reviews. We were the first family to occupy the house and Brian told me that he had remodeled the entire inside of the house. My only criticism is that the house was not finished with the remodeling. Had we known, we would have made other arrangements, but as it was, we didn't know until we showed up at midnight to a house that was not ready to be occupied.

Two weeks from now I am sure that it will be complete and when that happens it will be a great house! I think that we may have booked the house faster than when Brian was prepared for it to be occupied. My family and I along with our German Shepherd enjoyed our stay. This rental was clean and affordable. The staff and neighbors were friendly. Had everything we needed and much more! So happy we were able to enjoy our stay! Check in was a breeze. The community is super colorful, clean and quiet.

The dog park is a big area with doggie activities and water. The gym is super clean and has everything you could need with a speaker system for music. The apartment was clean and smelled good. One bedroom on each side of the apartment gave adults their space and privacy. Tv in living room and master bedroom with cable were in great shape. Pictures dont do this place justice. Great Jamacian restaurant close by as well as movie theater, walmart and restaurants. I would highly recommend.

Comfortable for 2 kids and 2 adults. Super clean, quite, hop skip and a jump from Fort Stewart, which made our time with our son that much better!! I'm enjoying to stay here at Happy acres while looking for our house. There's all you need to feel home. The sheets and towels were clean and fresh there was even extra clean towels in the bathroom.

The kitchen had enough plates and utensils for my family of four. It also had basic cooking pots and pans.

There are a lot of cats around the trailer park but they never bothered my family or my dog. The laundry mat was nice it even had a small book area my sister enjoyed. Over all the stay we had at the Happy acres trailer park was okay nothing too spectacular but also nothing terrible. Convenient and close to many restaurants and Fort Stewart. Friendly and helpful staff at check-in. The house was very beautiful, clean and very nicely decorated as well as in a nice area.

The washer was not working which was quite an inconvenience when we went to throw a load of laundry in and discovered it was out of order. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Great house and a great value! VERY close to shopping and eating in Hinesville. Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Host was very thoughtful and left a hand written welcoming note. We would without hesitation recommend Trudie's home to anyone!

Exceptionally welcoming and perfect for a comfortable visit - felt like a home not a place to stay. We will certainly stay again!

We Absolutely Loved this Home away from Home. The 1st thing I noticed upon entry was the smell. Oh My Goodness, it smelled so nice, and it was the last thing I noticed as well, it was a soft subtle and sensory smell that held on it was awesome. The home was immaculately Clean, well designed for our use and in a nice family oriented neighborhood. It really is a warmly decorated and nice home atmosphere and the backyard is not spoken of but was a Very Pleasant Surprise, with a cover and is divine.

Clean and a Very Nice and Personable Hostess. Convenient location, lovely house, hostess very responsive, clean, well decorated, fenced yard. Cleaning service included but no laundry appliances.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything was above our expectations. Had a great 5 day vacation there. Solid place to stay, very helpful staff, nice gym. Wifi is pretty bad but thats my only real complaint. First, understand that this is a trailer park, both to park your trailer as well as stay in metal boxes. With that, here is my one negative part of the stay: Otherwise, it is close to Ft Stewart and many amenities. I drove to my on-post office or the reception center there in about 15 minutes daily.

The room was clean and comfortable. It is much cheaper than a hotel. There is a gas station and small grocery store therein very close. There are restaurants and other amenities within 5 or 8 minutes. Room includes a small but comfortable bathroom, and a kitchenette no stove, but coffee maker and sink and fridge. I never feared for my property.

Gym is large and appropriate for all kinds of workout needs. I would stay here again!! This stay was great. He was accommodating to our check in time. I would definitely stay at this house again or reccomend to anyone. It is very basic but also meets simple needs. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything in Hinesville.

Brain's house was very nice and clean, with the exception of a little trash that was missed under one of the beds.

There is no dining room table so you have to eat in the living room. The neighbor hood is extremely quiet even with the artillery firing on Ft. I'm planning another trip back next year and we definitely be hitting Brain up again, hopefully he'll have a dining room table by then, LOL!

The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and silverware to make your own meals; along with napkins, trash bags, and things to wash dishes with. The bathroom was sparkly clean and stocked. The bed we slept in felt great as well. The tv had numerous channels to watch along with Netflix. Definitely will be using again. As advertised, Brian's place is a gem. It had everything we needed in a home away from home. The location is quiet and super convenient. I'd definitely stay here again.

Location close to everything. Awesome value for the entire home. This home is located in a brightly colored trailer park. It was quiet--we saw almost no one the whole time we were there--and the park was free of trash. You need tokens to use the laundry room there, so make sure to be there when the office is open in order to acquire some should you need laundry. The home was very clean and had plenty of space, which was nice.

There is a 24 hr maintenance person who we called late at night to find the property initially. Even though I'm sure we woke him up, Mike was friendly, courteous and helpful, and we were SO grateful to have him help us. Thanks for a great stay. Jo is an absolutely fantastic host. I cannot recommend her enough. We only stayed for one evening, but we would stay again in a heartbeat - and for longer! Jowas so welcoming and friendly and went above and beyond what we expected - she had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.

The bedroom and bathroom were so thoughtfully prepared - Jo even provided little bags of necessities which were a lifesaver! Our evening was nice and quiet. We had a great, uninterrupted sleep, and our morning checkout process was quick and painless. This place is more than worth your money and time. Don't think twice; book with Jo!

Jo's place is an idyllic place She has what you'd call the perfect airbnb. It's a comfortable little apartment on the opposite end of the house from her bedroom. And speaking from my own experience, she absolutely spoils her guests. Her location was a little out of my way, but I'd gladly drive out to Jesup any time to visit her place again.

Staying with Jo in Jesup was such a good choice for us—off the beaten path. A bit over an hour from Brunswick, Jekyll Island and St. Private room with adjoining bath and all the amenities, and if not just ask Jo and she will supply. Double bed that slept as though we were reclining on a cloud. Off road parking under a carport. About four miles from shopping and restaurants. Jo was without a doubt, the sweetest lady my friend and I have ever met. Jo was very helpful by introducing us to the room, getting us situated and even had some small gifts like toothpaste and snacks for our stay.

She was very attentive to everything we had to say and very friendly. I told her my friend was sick when we were on our way to the home and she even supplied ginger ale in the fridge for her. The room was very clean, the bed was so comfortable, we had our privacy along with a tv and she even supplied phone chargers for us to use if we needed which was a lifesaver!

If I ever am down near Jesup Spacious, private close to stores and entertainment. TV, microwave, kitchen and AC. Brian was accommodating from start to finish.

We were in town only one night with no clear timelines and he was flexible and took care of our needs. I love Brian's place! Ann are both accomodating and hospitable. The place is so nice as well!

Clean and I have everything I needed to be comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The place was very clean and had everything you would need. The location is pretty quiet. Which is also a big plus point! Very comfortable and spacious. Loves the decor and it's close to many stores and restaurants. Great experience all the way around.

Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a place while in the area. I loved the outdoor space and also the patio a great place to relax, loved the king room and upstairs.

Great communication with the hosts and the home was beautiful. Whether you have a few people or a full house worth, this home is perfect. Providing everything you need to be comfortable. This home was very nicely decorated and clean but the house itself is pretty old. The showers were difficult to control the temperature and some doors would not close or lock properly.

Overall it is a nice place to stay if you have a group of friends visiting Savannah. Nice space for large group if you enjoy outdoor activities. Amenities were awesome on the deck and lots of kitchen extras. The listing is incorrect in that there are no twin beds upstairs. I was disappointed because I emailed the host before my trip and they verified there were twin beds upstairs.

Melissa and Jeremy treated me as a dearest family member of theirs Great couple, very friendly. I felt at ease and comfortable.

Bed was surprisingly soft, I slept like a baby. The place is a little over min from I It is a little town, fast food joints and multiple gas stations are all within 3 min drive. Can not beat the price and hospitality if you want to crash somewhere on your way up north, in my opinion!

Melissa has a good home close to sevannah. Thanks for the awesome hospitality! Wonderful family made me feel at home. House was immaculately clean and bed was comfortable.

I would definitely stay there again. He made it so easy. Would stay here again! Very nice and well priced. It is close to downtown which had a cool German Restaurant that I highly recommend.

Had everything necessary for a nice easy weekend. Sweetest staff, very welcoming and helpful as soon as you arrive, with a flexible check in because they have a whole check in office.

Tim's place is located in rural southeast Georgia. Traffic isn't bad and he is right off a major highway, and the highways are scenic. I stayed in the guest house and it felt like I was staying with family.

Tim was very welcoming and made me feel at home. I would stay there again! Expect everything, It's all Beautiful, Wonderful and Exciting. So you can expect everything that your heart desire to expect. You have everything to your comfort. We stayed from July 3, to August 17, Overall, I would rate our stay a 5 star. The home is lovely, clean, and beyond spacious. We were easily able to find the home, and felt very safe in the community.

Upon arrival, Japera met us at her home, and gave us a detailed and much appreciated guided tour. There are two walmarts under 2 miles from the townhouse, we preferred the walmart neighborhood market, simply because it wasn't as busy. There are many restaurants close to the house as well, but having a fully equipped kitchen and stocked pantry came in handy on days we just didn't feel like eating out. Overall, we had a great stay, and I would definitely rent again from Japera, as well as recommend her property to anyone visiting the area.

Japera was an amazing host. Very understanding and truly caring. Helping us out in so many ways. Great experience and if we are ever back in the area, this is the only house we will be booking.

This house is very nice. The beds were super comfy and if you forgot pretty much anything, the host had it available for use.

The house was close to restaurants and stores. My guests and I had a great time and enjoyed staying at Japera's house. What a lovely large home, very well decorated and comfortable beds! The neighborhood was very quiet and well maintained! Really loved the large screen in porch with TV and comfortable seating as well. Enjoyed our week in this lovely home. I could't stay at Japera's place because of Hurricane Irma.

But I'm writing a review because Japera is the perfect Airbnb host. The plant closed in Before interstate highways were constructed, all motorists traveled on regular U.
