Slack launched its enterprise platform, Slack Enterprise Grid, this morning, as the messaging and collaboration startup looks to compete with Microsoft.
The new platform is supposed to make it easier for major enterprises to utilize the service, which IBM and Capital One already use.
Microsoft has had its sights set on Slack since it launched Microsoft Teams in late 2016.
Slack does have other competitors besides Microsoft, including HipChat and Cisco-owned Spark.
