DigiWorld Summit

The opening of the DigiWorld Summit this morning by IDATE Chairman, Fran├žois Barrault, sparked the following discussions on the topic of "Digital gold mines" - those precious revenue sources capable of giving all digital markets a boost:

Where will the sources of value be in the digital sectors?

How can this be profitable?

Who is best placed to capture this value?

What are the opportunities for Europe?

Yves Gassot, CEO of IDATE points out "The digital ecosystem is at a crossroads. Some players are seeing their revenues erode and wondering where the value is. Others are questioning its real contribution to growth. Yet the multifarious innovations surrounding the Internet and digital technologies are unearthing rich new veins ripe for mining!"

For its 35th edition, from 19th to 21st November, the DigiWorld Summit will bring together a wealth of top-level international speakers in Montpellier, to share their experience and views with more than 1,300 participants from 28 countries.
