Startup Weekend ready to Rock Dublin again!

Startup Weekend Dublin is back and ready to create a whole new host of Startups in just 56 Hours.

The attendees will pitch their ideas on the Friday night and form teams around those ideas. Ideally we'd want to have a mix of backgrounds on every team, i.e. at least one developer, one designer and one person with a business background on each team.
After this, teams will brainstorm their ideas over the course of the weekend and work together to build on their idea. Our mentors (listed below), with years of experience, will be there with them to provide mentoring and guidance.
On Sunday night teams pitch their ideas to a panel of judges (also see below) and our judges will score the ideas based on certain criteria. The best ideas will win some great prizes. All the teams will have gained great experience, made contacts with all the right people and some will even go on to launch their own startups – which was created at Startup Weekend Dublin.

The event is being held in Google Ireland on Barrow Street. There will be food on the Friday night and three meals per day on Saturday and Sunday, with snacks throughout the weekend. All participants will get t-shirts and swag.
