Digital Circle update - Jan 2013

Digital Circle NEWS

The end of 2012 was a bumper period for the games industry in Northern Ireland. Three games were released and the first Northern Ireland games Kickstarter was successful.
  • NI-based Outsider Games and Lionsgate UK launched MAGIC MIKE: THE MOVES app to celebrate release of MAGIC MIKE on DVD, Blu-ray and digital download to own on 26th November 2012 http://www.outsidergames.com/2012/11/22/376/
  • NI-based Billygoat Entertainment and Iglu Media launched Grabbers, the official game of Kevin Lehane and Jon Wright’s latest feature film, is available to download on both iOS and Android now. http://www.billygoat.tv http://iglumedia.co.uk
  • NI-based Conquest Dynamics launched their first game, EAGLE LAKE for iPad, on the iOS app store. Tactical and strategic tank battle training systems with single-player and multi-player. http://conquestdynamics.com
  • Predestination, by NI-based Brain & Nerd, blew away their Kickstarter target for their 4X (explore, expand, exploit, and exterminate) by achieving 199% funding.http://predestinationgame.com
In all cases, we'd ask members to forward news of these games (the games released are all free) to their friends and community in an attempt to improve the ranking of the games. Also - if you find the game to be good, leave a positive review for your colleagues on the respective app stores. If you have issues with the game, contact the developers!
