Silicon Ireland ' Come have lunch with us! ' Dublin

To celebrate the launch of Silicon Ireland Magazine and also the return to the networking scene in Dublin after a long absence we will be holding a lunch for just 10 lucky people! All paid for by us!

This will be an intimate gathering to discuss the Irish Tech scene and what they would like to see from the magazine launching in November! You will also meet the team and new partners.

So if you would like to come to a 'lunch on us' then do register to be considered.

To be considered: please send email with your name, email and your company and position. Thats it!

Thank you and look forward to having lunch with you.

Launch announcement - Silicon Ireland Magazine

2nd October 2009 - Silicon Ireland Magazine - Announcement

Silicon Ireland is pleased to announce that it will be launching a monthly magazine based entirely on the Irish indigenous 'tech' community. Slightly different from a blog it will allow for more in-depth reporting and focus on both the Technology companies being formed in Ireland but also the entrepreneurs who have been the driving force behind them.

This magazines first issue will be at the end of October 2009. It will be officially launched at the 'Business Camp 09' hosted by The Greenhouse on October 11th.The event will be held at the Absolute Hotel in Limerick starting at 10 am and running until 5 pm. We will be providing editorial at the event and all the great work being done by Evert and The Greenhouse in Limerick.

Our first issue will be focusing on the Top 50 start-ups in Ireland. A dedicated nomination site will be launched later today. We welcome all nominations for start-ups founded in Ireland (only) in the last 24 months.

We ask you to keep on top of our progress on twitter (@siliconireland) and via this blog.

Further announcements will be made during the day today.
